  •  250g smoked mackerel fillets, skinned and finely flaked
  • 142ml tub soured cream
  • 1 bunch finely chopped spring onions
  • 4 tsp horseradish 


TO SERVE (optional)

  • Supper Social seed crackers
  • Crunchy raw vegetables


For a more budget friendly option, tinned mackerel works just as well! Start a habit of including this each week in your food prep, so you always have a nutritional option available to keep your hands out the biscuit tin!


  1. In a mixing bowl, stir the smoked mackerel, soured cream and spring onions together to make a textured dip, then stir in the horseradish.
  2. Spoon into a serving bowl.
  3. Serve with crunch vegetables and seeded crackers.
